Many people report having XY (two words, alliterative) after cancer treatment via chemotherapy. Hair follicles tend to grow and reproduce quickly, which may make them more sensitive to chemotherapy drugs. As slow recovery occurs in the hair follicles, they may produce different types of hair. The hair may be different from the typical hair growth and may include XY.
Hint- This phenomenon can be seen in YouTuber Tom Hanks' recent videos, where he himself developes XY.

The Unlit Diyas of Hope:
Well, I love to travel, and recently, I made a solo trip to Rishikesh. It was there, on the banks of the Ganga, that I met a little boy whose story touched me deeply, turning my trip into a reflection of a world that was unknown to me.
As the sun set over the Ganga river, a little boy sat on the riverbank with a tray of diyas. The boy, only six years old, watched sadly as people passed by without a glance at his tray. When I asked him why he was so sad, he whispered, “My sister and mother made these diyas (make with wheat aata). They told me to sell all of them.”
The boy’s eyes filled with tears, not just because the diyas remained unlit, but because he felt he had let his family down. The diyas, meant to carry light and prayers, sat in his tray, their purpose unfulfilled.
As he sat there, the river flowed quietly by, a reminder that life goes on. The boy’s sadness was deep, but so was his determination. He held onto hope that tomorrow, someone would take a diya, light it, and set it afloat, letting it carry the love and effort his family had poured into it.
